I'm so happy so see so many talking about this election. I think all of you have valid points. Michelle, yes I agree with you that Obama looked mad. I also think he looked a bit flaky and evil at times. I can't really explain it but it was one of those gut feelings and I have learned after many years that it's good to follow my gut extincts as they are almost always right. When the race between Hillary and Obama started I didn't really know who I was going to support but after last Tuesday's vote and seeing him on TV I made my mind up very fast.

Maggie: I agree with you on the universal health care. I don't think it will ever work here in the US for the reasons you gave. The insurance companies have too much pull, they are getting far too rich to give in to universal health coverage and the doctors are getting too rich too. I have a friend who lives in Canada and she said the universal health care is awful. She said she can't get in to see a doctor unless she is dying and has to go to ER and that you can never see the same doctor twice. Plus the doctors don't really care because they are paid a salary like any other worker and it doesn't matter if they see 1 person or 50, they still get the same pay. I just don't see Americans going for that. I mean just look at what happened with the Medicare part D when it began a couple of years. It was a nightmare, just think of that a million times over. It would be horrible I think. And good luck this weekend with the fair. Please post all about it will you.

Nothing Obama could say could change my mind. If he gets into office our country will turn upside down in the worst way. I truly believe the man is evil and to top that off he is nothing but a racist. The things his pastor said about white people and America made me want to puke. Obama's wife is a true racist. She herself said basically what their lovely Rev. Wright said about a month before we found out about the good Rev. I haven't had feelings like this in years but you mark my words, if Obama gets in office all the typical "white people" as Obama himself said will be paying reparations to the blacks for the next 50 years and none of us was alive when slavery was going on. Any man who can talk about his own grandmother like Obama did, well he showed his true colors. He is a racist and I absolutely refuse to vote for him. If he is the democratic candidate in the general election I will NOT be voting for him just because he says he is a democrat. The man will not salute the American flag. He is totally un-American.

Of course this is just my opinion and as you guys all know I'm straight forward with my opinions.

feelines....You're brave to stand in line forever to see him. I don't think I would stand in the cold to see any politician. LOL
