Member Posts: 57 (02/21/10 01:26:58) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Tags : None Remove this ad Hi everyone Right now I'm having pain and I want to put my teeth back to the way they used to be, I was told that full reconstruction could be able to fix the in correction in my bite, but I don't know of any dentists anymore to even get a recommendation. How does a person find someone to do reconstruction on your mouth, someone that you can believe in that will do the work successfully. I live in NYC, if anyone has any suggestions on how to find the right person feel free to post.

I am assuming you are talking caps and the whole works. I do know a gal in the PN/New York area I might be able to ask. She is familiar with the New York area. I am just wondering what you have tried for you pain prior to getting such a permanent procedure? If you could give us more detail about what type of pain you have, and what you have tried such as splint therapy, braces, surgery, massage therapy and etc I think we might be able to help you somewhat better. Would you be willing to go into more detail? I am not against mouth reconstruction I actually had to have some done myself due to a failed surgery and braces not being able to correct my bite after three years. Member Posts: 57 (02/21/10 17:25:23) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I have facial pain the top of the eyes, forehead, right now I take advil. I've been using splints mainly nti devices, which I was pain free for 3 and1/2 yrs years. Also exercises for the neck and jaw. I have an open mouth look at this point, my top and bottom teeth do not touch by the center front. My teeth touch on the left side, my bite connects by a couple of teeth by the back and that is it. the rest of my teeth do not touch. I was told that if I had reconstruction of my teeth, I could have a normal looking smile and an end to the use of splints and no more headaches. That is my hope
