I've just about tried every treatment going. After 4-5 years of trying all sorts, I managed to find 2 treatments that have really helped. One is myofascial release therapy, the other, and the most beneficial was holistic dentistry.

My myofascial release therapist runs a clinic out of Chelsea, but at the moment she is on maternity leave. I see her about once every 6 to 8 weeks when she's working. She did recoomend that I have an intensive session with a specialist in Scotland, which I had over a 3 day period. It really proved useful.
Mopantsu,

I can't help you with a name since I'm in the states. I can tell you that you may very well be on the right track for a lot of your pain. I've tried everything and going to an extremely experienced massage therapist helped me more than anything else. She helped with the long term muscle problems for TMJD plus several failed surgeries and she helped with several other problems. She helped me prevent a second shoulder surgery for adhesion's and scarring. I read several years ago that people were seeing relief with all types of body work or many types of massage and started looking for someone who could help. I basically interviewed her and liked what I heard. I stayed with her for years and only stopped when we moved too far away. The work she did on my neck, back, face , upper body and all the other aches and pains has maintained.

Also, any type of exercise or skilled & practiced relaxation will help a multitude of problems....

The tinnitus, fascial pain, neck pain and arm pain etc all seem to point to...
