MONDAY, Dec. 21 (HealthDay News) -- It&#39;s not that depressed people can&#39;t feel good,
it&#39;s that they can&#39;t hang on to that feeling, a new study claims.

The novel notion upends previous beliefs that depressed people don&#39;t even start out with positive emotions, and that they have no

			<description><![CDATA[ I haven't found a great strategy either Jerr.&nbsp; I think the antidepressants help me to some extent, but they are not a cure-all.&nbsp; It is very hard to hold onto positive thoughts when in pain or depressed I agree.&nbsp; ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Michelle, I must've read a thousand articles and books in my time on depression/anxiety/stress (well, maybe not a thousand), and it always seems to me everything sounds great but I sure haven't found a good strategy. Antidepressants have never seemed to help either. (Is that holding onto a negative response?)<br><br><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v224/tmjtalk/emoticon/2410_batting_eyelashes.gif" width="18" height="18"> 
<p>Wanted to add something else - I think it's almost impossible to hold positive thoughts when you're body is twisted in knots. Hurray for massage, if you can get to it or afford it!<br></p> ]]></description>
