Start with the letter "A," and post the title of one of your favorite movies. The next player posts their favorite movie title beginning with a letter "B."
For instance, post the title "Apocalypse Now."
The next player could post the movie title "Battlefield Earth."
And so on...

This is a good way to post our favorite movies in one thread and we can rate them if you want.
5 would be the very best.
We don't have stars, so I suggest we use the asterisk. *****

We can drop "THE" and use the second letter as the beginning word or we won't be able to use a lot of movies.

A man was being tailgated by a stressed out woman on a busy boulevard. Suddenly, the light turned yellow, just in front of him. He did the right thing, stopping at the crosswalk, even though he could have beaten the red light by accelerating through the intersection.

The tailgating woman was furious and honked her horn, screaming in frustration, as she missed her chance to get through the intersection, dropping her cell phone and makeup.

As she was still in mid-rant, she heard a tap on her window and looked up into the face of a very serious police officer. The officer ordered her to exit her car with her hands up.

He took her to the police station where she was searched, fingerprinted, photographed, and placed in a holding cell. After a couple of hours, a policeman approached the cell and opened the door. She was escorted back to the booking desk where the arresting officer was waiting with her personal effects.

Dear Mrs. Jones,
I wish to clarify that I am not now, nor have I ever been, an exotic dancer.

I work at Home Depot and I told Sarah how hectic it was last week before the

blizzard hit. I told her we sold out every singleshovel we had.

Then I found one more in the back room, and several people

were fighting over who would get it. Sarah's picture does NOT show me

dancing around a pole. It's supposed to depict me selling the last snow shovel we

had at Home Depot.

From now on I will remember to check her homework more thoroughly before she

turns it in.

Anybody watch solitary 2.0?

I was wondering if any of you guys watch Solitary 2.0? They had a marathon Sunday and I watched the whole season. Anyway one of the treatments the contestants had to withstand was putting this ball with holes in it in their mouths and it had leather that went around their heads to hold it on and they had to sit with this ball in their mouth for I believe the ending time was 5 hours. As soon as I saw the thing I thought OMG, I wouldn't last 10 minutes with that thing in my mouth and then you would have to get me to the ER. One lady lasted less than an hour and she said she had issues with TMJ and knew she would be unable to make it for long. Anyway, I was just curious if anyone else saw this episode? Just watching the people made my friggin jaws hurt. YIKES!

I thought it would be nice if we share our plans for christmas this year. Me and my husband will be having our dinner on our own this year - for the first time! We normally go to his mums or my grans but this year we are having a quiet one with the dog!. We will be visiting his family and my family though so I dont suppose it will be too quiet! We both went shopping yesterday and I think we have most of our christmas shopping done - although we are bound to have forgotten something!
We have decided not to give each other gifts this year as we have just spent 330 pound on a picture for the front room that we both really wanted, but I have a few ideas for some little surprises for him and from the questions he has been asking me I think he is secretly buying things for me too! I dont suppose it would be christmas if we didnt both give each other something!

How Much Is Your Gas???

NEW YORK (Reuters Life!) - When it comes to literary pursuits in the United States most people agree on at least one thing -- the most popular book is the Bible, according to a new survey.

It came in first in a Harris Poll of nearly 2,513 adults but the second choice in the survey was not as clear cut.

"While the Bible is number one among each of the different demographic groups, there is a large difference in the number two favorite book," Harris said in a statement announcing the results.

I realize not all are animal lovers but for those who are........we picked up our new puppy from the breeders (good friends) on this past Saturday. I wanted to do it sooner (he is 11 weeks) but I really felt crappy for about a week post surgery and had no energy - seems I was also fighting an URI plus the surgery postop normal tiredness.........

Anyway, man, I had already forgotten how magical little animals are - puppies or kittens - those soft little tummies and they stare at you with such adoration - obviously our little guy is suddenly in a VERY different atmosphere - no "puppy pile" to sleep in or play with (he came from a litter of 11)..........different adult humans and animals around..................

He loves to be snuggled and cuddles up really well if I want to lay on the couch and read.........I only wish our weather was nicer so that we could stay outside longer! Oh, and he has "adopted" one of our collies as his mascot...

Wondering how many watch this? My daughter just loves this show. Took me a long time to decide I liked it. Really looks good this season. Meridiths half sister is coming on the show and sounds like her and McDreamy are going to get something started. I think he is so cute but maybe I won't like him after this.
New season starts tomorrow night.
